Residents

Licorice is the largest of our Swedish Flower hens. She has distinctive black and white plumage, and can be distinguished, flamboyant and bold all in the space of a couple of minutes. She never shies away from a challenge – especially if there is food as an outcome, and is particularly tenacious at pecking frozen corn on the cob whilst maintaining her balance on the swing. Licorice is a natural leader, and is confident and friendly with all the other birds.
