We try to rehome young, fit animals in good health. Although many of the creatures here are elderly, have health problems or have particular dietary needs, we occasionally rescue animals who are re-homeable.
We always de-worm animals upon arrival, neuter them if necessary and get veterinary advice when required.

We still have Dolly the charming nine year old pony (Shetland-New Forest cross) needs a new permanent home. Her previous owner rescued her from a miserable existence but was sadly unable to keep her. She responds so well to kindness and would make a very affectionate pet.

We still have a number of gorgeous cats who are all looking for loving homes.
All of these cats are affectionate, loving and very beautiful. They can all take maximum amounts of fuss!
Ponies
At the moment we are looking to home some of our rescued miniature Shetland ponies in pairs. If you can provide a suitable, PERMANENT home please get in touch. We do carry out an inspection to make sure their requirements are met
We also need a home or homes for 2 tiny lavender mille fleur cockerels. They are full of personality and can live happily together or with other poultry.
We have three tiny white Call ducks that would very much benefit from a home without any large ducks. In the mating season the large male drakes all jump on the females en masse and have been known to drown them. We have to separate them for their own safety, so a home without other ducks and just a paddling pool to bathe in would be very welcome.
There are another 2,500 hens needing homes at £1 each. In these difficult times it makes sense to keep your own hens and if you don't have a cock bird there shouldn't be any complaints. Provided you can protect them from the fox they make lovely friendly pets. Please e mail us if you want any.
