At 10.30pm on February 8th 2012 one of our rescued sheep gave birth to a lamb. The lamb is black with a white pattern on it's head and a white flash on it's chest. Mother and baby are fine, protected from the cold in a pen with straw to lie on and a heat lamp to keep the cold at bay. We are expecting two more of the sheep to have lambs very soon and will post photos here when they do, so keep checking back.
Latest News: On Sunday morning 12th February at 11.00am a second rescued sheep gave birth to two lambs pictured below. Both babies and Mum are doing fine and enjoying the heat from the heat lamp. Now we have just one more sheep to give birth and due at any time. Keep checking back for updates.
And finally our last expectant sheep has given birth to two pretty white lambs and all are doing well (See photos below). We are now seeking secure homes for all our sheep and lambs.
