Meet the resident pigs

Ant & Dec
Ant and Dec are Vietnamese Pot-bellied pigs that we took  in after Hazel and Acorn, our other two pigs,  died at the age of 17 and 16 respectively. The vet said at the time she had never seen such old pigs and they certainly had a wonderful life at the sanctuary as they were free to roam around it as they pleased.
After a bad start in life the 2 Pot-bellied porcine brothers are extremely grateful to be with us and thoroughly enjoy the comfort their large straw-filled hut. Like their predecessors they are free to roam and rootle around and are now almost full-sized. They had been bought by a father for his children who had swiftly tired of them and had started to neglect them. They were brought to the attention of an RSPCA inspector who rang us and asked us if we could take them on as soon as possible.
