Rhett, the Welsh Chestnut gelding, is Sky's son. They were both rescued from a field full of ragwort (poisonous to horses) and a dilapidated shelter when their 82 year-old owner died. Rhett was unhandled and quite wild when he came to the Sanctuary. He is now much better but spooks easily and is totally unsuitable as a child’s pony.
