Fabulous Hampshire Police Ball (June 25, 2010)I was very honoured to be asked by Tony Turner of the Hampshire Police to speak at their ball at Steeple Court Manor this year. The venue was fabulous, the company impressive, the raffle prizes amazing and the dinner delicious. They also very kindly donated the proceeds of the evening to Breast Cancer and to the ABC Animal Charity. I started off my speech by telling the assembled police force how I was once arrested for stealing my dobermann called Blue. When the case was dropped every Christmas Blue would get a Christmas card from "The Boys in Blue"!
